   What payment options do I have?

 SpeedConferences.com only accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover payments
 in US Dollars online through the secure system.

   How will I be billed?

 SpeedConferences.com billing cycle occurs twice a month. Credit card customers invoices are automatically processed for their bimonthly invoice payment to the credit card on record. All payments for SpeedConferences.com are processed through the secure system. Standard  payment for all charges shall be Net 20 Days from Date of Invoice. Payment is required in US  Dollar ($) in the form of company check or major credit card. SpeedConferences.com shall have  the right to impose a late payment interest charge of five (5) per cent per annum above the base lending rate of HSBC Bank plc in London, England from the due payment date until the date of  actual payment.

   Do I have to sign a contract?

 No. SpeedConferences.com does not require a contract for Audio Conference Calls Conferencing.

 The web based service is paperless. Invoices are available on-line for you to view, pay, or print for  your records [but no hard copy will be mailed or emailed to you].

   Is there a bill-to-other feature?

 Currently, the only billing feature we support is direct bill to the person listed on the account.  However you may set up mutiple accounts.

   How do I change my billing address?

 Log in to your account on-line. Scroll down the left hand side and choose the update account  feature. Make necessary changes on-line.

  What level of detail is provided on the invoice?

 The invoice includes the Moderator/Conference ID, type of connection, time and date of  conference, number of minutes per participant, charges for each participant (minutes x rate),  international toll charges, sales tax if applicable, total charges for conferences that occurred  during billing period. In addition, the customer number, account name, confirmation #, Leader  name, reserved by name, and up to two billing references.

  When should I expect my first invoice?

 Invoices are generated on a bimonthly bases. The invoice covers conferencing activity from the 1st & 15th of the prior month through the end of the current month. You will receive an email notification around the 1st & 15th of the month to advise you that an invoice is available on-line for you to view, pay, or print for your records.

 Example: If your first conference was on September 20th, the charges would appear on the  October 1th invoice.

  How can I view invoice details?

1. Go to SpeedConferences.com
2. Log in with your user name and password
3. Select View and Pay Invoices from the left navigation bar.
4. Select Month and Year then submit
5. Click on the invoice # you would like to view and pay (or print).
6. Select method and enter appropriate information (bank information, credit card, or print for mailing with payment.)

  What do I do when I receive an internal server error (error 500) when trying to process a payment online?

 The company that provides our credit card authorizations periodically undergoes maintenance.  Please try back later to process a credit card transaction through the SpeedConferences.com  website. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

  What does the port charge mean?

 Port charge is the total charge for that particular participant. It is minutes x rate.

  What is the security code for processing on-line credit card payments?

 The security code is a number on your credit card. If it’s an American Express card, there is a 4  digit # printed above your credit card #. If it’s Visa or MasterCard, there is a 7 digit # on the back  of the card in your signature box (you only need the last 3 digits of that #). If it’s a card (I don’t  know, need your help).

 Also, enter your name, not the company name.

There are no monthly fixed fees. You are only charged for conferencing activity. However, there is a $5.00 minimum crdit card charge.
