Our Volume Discount Rates

All of our Toll Free conference call rates start at 11 cents. The more you use, the less it costs you - all the way down to 6¢. Automatic Volume Discounts rates are determined using Toll Free conference call minutes only.

All rates are determined by volume per account and reflect total minutes used at the end of each billing cycle.

If your total monthly minutes reach 2,500 (approx. 4 conferences per month with 6 callers for 90 min.) your rate will be reduced to 8 cents per minute/per person for all your conference calls the end of each billing cycle.

If your total monthly minutes reach 5,000 (approx. 8 conferences per month with 7 callers for 90 min.) your rate will be reduced to 7 cents per minute/per person for all your conference calls the end of each billing cycle.

If your total monthly minutes are over 10,000 minutes per month (approx. 12 conferences per month - 10 callers for 90 minutes) your rate will be reduced to 6 cents per minute/per person for all your conference calls at the end of each billing cycle.

Speed Conferences has a calendar bimonthly billing cycle. Volume discounts and rates are calculated at the end of each billing cycle.

With automated Reservationless Toll Free conference call service, supply your participants with the Toll Free Dial-In number, Guest code and meeting time. Your Guests do not incur any phone charges. Your monthly Toll Free conference call minutes apply towards Automatic Volume Discounts. Subject to Automatic Volume Discounts (see table above)
Reservationless Direct Dial-In Conference Call	5¢
With automated 24/7 Reservationless Direct Dial-In conference call service, a Host simply supplies participants with the Direct Dial-In number, Guest code and meeting time. Guests are responsible for their long distance carrier phone charges.
Reservationless International Dial-In Conference Call	Rates Vary by Country See Rates
Make it more convenient and less costly for you or your international participants to join your conference call by accessing the conference with a phone number in their country.
Toll Free or Direct Dial-In Digital Record and Playback	10¢ Toll Free Playback 5¢ Direct Dial-In Playback
Digitally record your conference call, at No Additional Cost, with the click of a button. From your conference, the Host dials *2 from the telephone keypad to record. Once your conference is completed, you will receive an email with the dial in information and passcode for the recorded conference, along with the end date to access your recording. Digital Playback will be saved for 30 days after your conference. Guests are responsible for their long distance carrier phone charges when using the Direct Dial-In number.
CD Recording	$25.00 Plus Shipping and Handling
A CD recording of your conference is available following your conference call. You first must record your conference using the Host Feature *2 and then order the CD by logging in to your account and accessing the reservation details of your conference. CD recordings are available for 30 days after your conference call. MP3, WAV and WMA formats are also available.
